Called to get a price to weld a cracked rim. They said $60-80. When I arrived they told me 150. As that is not why I went to them I asked what happened to the original price. They said they would do it for $100. As I had a 2nd wheel to be done. When I arrived to pick up the wheel it had a large pertruding bead of weld. No clean up, no grinding it down flat...nothing. JB weld on the back side. When I asked them to clean it up a bit so it didnt need a ton of weights to balance the kid in charge caught an attitude but proceeded to fix the weld. While the clean up was not the best I asked he balance it w the tire on. He caught another attitude. I left the 2nd wheel anyway....my fault... asking them to do a better job on the weld. This tike they JB welded both sides. I could have went to Auto Recon, sent it up to NY or purchased a new rim for what I paid. Needless to say, lesson learned, I will not be using this chop shop again.

AVOID THIS PLACE! I want to preface this by saying I know how to mount and balance tires, I’m an ex-mechanic so I’ve spent enough time doing it to know how easy it is to mess it up. I brought these guys new tires to install for me. After having them non-stop trying to upsell me on unneeded maintenance, they eventually told me that I brought them a “broken” tire. When I went to look at it, the sidewall was torn. I told them to just put one of the old tires back on so I could take it home, and come to find out they tore one of the old tires in the EXACT SAME WAY. And keep in mind, the whole time they were trying to tell me to just buy a new tire from them. I try to give grace and even thought to myself that perhaps somehow I missed the massive sidewall tear on my new tires, despite how unlikely that actually was. But after seeing my old tire torn in the exact same way, I knew it was either incompetence or a ploy to try and upsell me on a new tire. Either one is unacceptable, and I will absolutely discourage anyone else from going here.

Not every tire place is the same. This place treated me professionally, kindly and respectfully. I read other reviews and I know not everyone is happy with service here. I've had some questionable experiences with some other big box tire places and some smaller places like this and had questionable issues. However, I would still highly recommend this place to people needing balancing or tires.

My mother came in with a diagnosis already instead of servicing those problems they claim to had did their own test & it was showing more problems. They played around with her car for 2 weeks giving different estimates & etc.. not once did we see paperwork for the test they gave the car. Now her car has set for quite some time not even being serviced and she’s paying over $2,000 she has to wait another week because the mechanic who servicing her car was “BUSY” they did not offer my mother any type of accommodations for the inconveniences they keep giving to her. She has been a loyal customer since I was a child. Now they keep placing us on hold & This whole situation Is unacceptable on how they are choosing to handle it. I do NOT recommend this place anymore due to LACK of workmanship & fairness. Shouldn’t nobody go without a vehicle after they already paid for the repairs that have not been done. No rental car NOTHING!! Ubers etc are high & she doesn’t live in Raleigh to even check up on them & they know this.

Leo is awesome. Super fast turn around. Great staff. The folks have the best prices on new and used tires. They also do super cool custom work and have wholesale pricing on new rims. They also do inspections. They put new tires on both truck and camper for under 500 bucks!!
